  I brought my Troy-Bilt Flex wide-area mower to Jack's for a repair on one of the wheels. When I initially called Jack's, they explained there was about a week turnaround time from me dropping off my mower, until it was fixed and available for pick up. I understand that sometimes these repairs take longer. However, Jack's unexpectedly had our mower for about a month. My biggest complaint about Jack's was the customer service with the secretary. We had to constantly call the Jack's for updates, however, the secretary was very short with us and was never seemed to know what was going on with our unit whenever we asked and provided our ticket #. The technicians seemed much better to talk to and seem more than happy to help us understand what was going on. Finally we were able to communicate with one of the technicians and they explained they were having trouble getting the part we needed and helped us become more understanding and patient. It took us numerous calls to get this far. The work that was completed was excellent, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. My unit needs some work for a different issue and I am going to try another local company instead.

  After checking other customer’s experiences with Jack’s, I decided to give em a try. They do great work there, and the tune-up job they did on my lawn mower (about a year ago) is still working wonders. I highly recommend their services.

  Always seems to have the gaskets, belts and shear pins in stock for my aging fleet of lawn and snow removal equipment. Competitive pricing and either in Stock or 1 to 2 day delivery. Sure Amazon can probably get you what you need, maybe. But here you can actually show the part and get it on the spot at amazon pricing. No complaints at all.

  I had to replace a peerless transmission for a lawn mower. The manufacturer is out of business and they aren't made anymore. Jim was unbelievably helpful in finding one for me. He got it ordered and i picked it up in a couple of days. GREAT SERVICE!!

  Great service, know their equipment, show you how to run/maintain it, and are always willing to go the extra distance. When I needed a tiller they had what I needed and ready to go when I came in. When I needed a pump this weekend they had what I needed and had it ready to go/gassed up when I came in. Professional people with what you need when you need it and know how to do customer service.
