Have sent emails, and messages on their site, no response on either. I filled out their survey to try and get in contact with them and still nothing. I have also tried calling and encountered the full voice mail and going straight to that every time. And now the site is down for maintenance, and has been for a few days. I am about to contact the Better Business Bureau to dispute the charge.
